The rules and format
It’s three rounds of competition:
- A relay with passes, dribbling through pilons, shots and more, and the other teams have to best the fastest time, with the winner getting 100 points.
- A passing drill through moving targets, you get points for making each pass in 30 seconds. Winner gets 100 overall points.
- A shooting drill. In 60 seconds, you can shoot from all kinds of places on the court, with increased difficulty getting you more points. The winning team gets 200 overall points.
In the event of a tie at the end of all three rounds, there will be a half-court shootout, with the time stopping when a shot is made. Fastest time breaks the tie.
