The Lakers vs. Nuggets showdown is a rematch of last season’s Western Conference Finals, which witnessed Nikola Jokić sweep Los Angeles on the strength of Denver’s all-around big man who averaged an impressive 27.8 points, 14.5 rebounds and 11.8 assists per game over the four games.
The second matchup on the slate will feature Bradley Beal, Devin Booker and Kevin Durant forming a new “big three” in Phoenix that will look to take down a new Warriors backcourt featuring Chris Paul teaming up with Curry and Klay Thompson.
