Thousands of NatWest customers were affected after the bank’s mobile app went down on Friday morning.
According to consumer website Down Detector, the problem peaked at 6.50am when more than 1,000 had logged an issue with the service that they depend on to transfer money.
The issue has now been resolved and the app was back in working order by 9.20am.
Customers shared their frustration in the comments on Down Detector, with one writing: “Not able to transfer, nothing in their service page to say they are having issues.”
Another added: “First time I need to use it in two years and it's down. I hate technology.”
Down Detector added that 67 per cent of complaints were over mobile banking, 20 per cent were about funds transfers and 14 per cent were about online banking.
On Twitter, Oasis fans were hoping the app would be back in action before tickets go on presale later on Friday.
"I get logged out every time I try to authorise a payment,” one fan tweeted.
"Please sort this out before Oasis tickets go on sale or you’re going to have a lot of angry customers!"
The Sun quoted a staff member at NatWest who said: “We're aware that there is an issue arranging transfers through the app.
"We've raised this internally and it is currently being investigated by our tech team.
"I'm afraid we don't have an exact timeframe on this, but our team are working hard to resolve this."
A NatWest spokesperson told the Standard: "Some customers experienced difficulty in making payments via the mobile app this morning.
“This has been resolved and customers can make payments as normal. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused."
The bank made headlines earlier this month when it reduced its headline five year deal to 3.89 per cent.
