British Sandwich Week is almost here and to celebrate, Uber Eats is unveiling the nation’s most delivered sandwiches on the app from its grocery and convenience partners.
Uber Eats delivers from over 4300 grocery and convenience partners across the UK, which reflects the evolving way consumers engage with food delivery from traditional takeout on a Friday night to cheese and ham sarnies for lunch on a Wednesday.

Surprisingly the results show, despite recent plant-based food trends, 9 out of 10 sandwiches feature meat, with bacon being our most common sandwich filling.

Most recently Uber Eats added Tesco to the list of UK supermarkets it supports with deliveries. Uber Eats customers can order their everyday essentials, weekly groceries, or their favourite sandwiches from Sainsbury’s, Iceland, Asda, Morrisons Daily, Little Waitrose by Shell, Southern Co-Op and hundreds of independent grocers across the country too.
