Country music singer Nathan Cater is currently single and looking for 'the one'.
His brother Jake and Jake’s girlfriend Karen had been living with him in his Fermanagh home last year but the pair have moved back to Dublin which means Nathan is on his own.
The Wagon Wheel singer said he doesn't like being on his own and would love to settle down one day, but he has yet to find ‘the one’ who can handle the female attention that comes with his career.
Nathan has explained why his previous relationships haven't worked out.
He said: “The relationship side of things just hasn’t worked out with anyone that I have been with.
“In previous [relationships] it would have been pretty terrible because I was never here, which was the main problem, because I was constantly gigging and on tour all the time”.
Nathan told the Irish Independent: “My parents have been married 32 years. I’m not afraid of commitment. I guess I haven’t met the right one yet that I am going to say, ‘I’m going to spend the rest of my life with you’.
“The problem with being in the music industry is that the person you meet has to be so trusting of you: jealousy always comes into it, no matter who you are.
“They see other women at the front of the stage, who are hanging off you at the end of the night looking for pictures. It is natural for anybody to get jealous of their partner. So they would have to be very trusting”.

He soon leaned to play the accordion and trips to Ireland to compete in Fleadh Ceoil’s became a regular feature of young Nathan’s life, and by the age of 12 he won All Ireland medals for singing, and the accordion.
