Nate Diaz has asked Jake Paul and Anderson Silva to sort him out with ringside tickets for their fight on October 29.
Paul will compete in his sixth professional fight against 48-year-old UFC legend Silva, who holds a record of 3-1 in the squared circle. Since ditching his YouTube fame to challenge himself in the ring, Paul has split the opinions of the combat sports world but is undoubtedly one of the most talked about fighters in the world.
Diaz has been linked to a fight against Paul and can now entertain the opportunity having fought out of his UFC contract by submitting Tony Ferguson at UFC 279 in his last outing for the promotion. Despite the disparity in age between the pair, Silva is widely considered Paul's toughest opponent to date and Diaz wants ringside seats to watch the fight.

"Yo Jake Paul and Anderson Silva, let me get some tickets ringside," Diaz said. "My boy Chris Avila is fighting on that card, so yeah I for sure will be there." It's unclear if Diaz's teammate Avila is on the card, as he is scheduled to fight on an upcoming Bellator event in a matter of weeks. Avila last competed on the undercard of Paul's rematch against Woodley when he outpointed Paul's sparring partner Anthony Taylor.
Diaz had been calling for his UFC exit since the beginning of this year but was struggling to book a fight after calling out the likes of Michael Chandler and Vicente Luque. The UFC veteran finished his 15-year stint with the promotion on his own terms and even claimed he "lost count" of the extra money he was paid for fighting Ferguson on short notice.
Whilst hinting at a move to boxing, Diaz mocked his UFC rival Conor McGregor's loss to ring legend Floyd Mayweather in 2017. Diaz has been backed to cash in for huge money by fighting YouTube star Paul and he promised to do what McGregor couldn't by "taking over" another sport.
“I want to get out of the UFC for a minute and show all these fighters how to take over and own up another sport how you’re supposed to do it because Conor McGregor didn’t know how to do it," he added. "None of these other fighters know how to do it. So I’m going to go out there and I’m going take over another profession and become the best at that. Show everybody I’m the best at that and then I’m going to be right the f*** back here to get a motherf****** UFC title. The best title in the world."
