Atomic Kitten star Natasha Hamilton has revealed she is suffering with Braxton Hicks, with 14 weeks to go until she gives birth to her baby girl.
The singer, 40, has shared that she's suffering from the pregnancy condition which she described as "intense" as her body prepares for labour.
Natasha revealed her experience of Braxton Hicks on her Instagram as she shared a stunning selfie and opened up about her current stage of pregnancy on her stories.
The Whole Again singer told her 148,000 followers that she was facing a "challenge" as she'd been woken up at 4am by her baby and the Braxton Hicks contractions that she described as making her breathless.
Braxton Hicks are described by the NHS and can sometimes feel like "extreme period pains" and can last up to 60 seconds.
Pregnant Natasha detailed her experience as she told her followers: "Well today was a bit of a challenge. Woke at 4am too really intense Braxton Hicks that took my breath away and nearly made me pee.
"The heat really got to me after my PT class and some running round so needed an afternoon nap and had another BH that was really intense.'
"Although I'm 14 weeks away from my due date, my body is definitely preparing for labour already.'
"I wonder if she'll be an August baby or September baby?"
Natasha is currently pregnant with her fifth child, which she described as a "little miracle" in an announcement post earlier this year.
In February, Natasha posted the happy news to her Instagram and wrote: " 7 years of loving you, 17 months of marriage. We finally got our little miracle.
"Baby Gay due September 2023. We really couldn’t be any happier xxx."
Natasha and Charles married in October 2021 in Lake Como, Italy after getting engaged in 2016. Speaking to the Mirror about their baby news, Natasha said: "This is something we’ve both wanted for such a long time and we just feel blessed. It has brought more of a paternal side out in Charles towards me.
"He’s really looking after me, he’s taken over the cooking because it was making me feel bad. It feels very much like the two of us in it together, which is lovely."
Their baby - due in September - will be their first together, but Natasha is already mum to three sons and a daughter.
She shares a son Josh, 20, with former Westlife bodyguard Fran Cosgrave, and Harry, 17, with actor Gavin Hatcher. The singer also welcomed Alfie, 12, with ex-husband Riad Erraji, and has a daughter Ella, eight, with 5ive's Ritchie Neville.
