NASA's JPL Evacuated Due To Eaton Fire In Pasadena Area

NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, known for its development and coordination of unmanned exploration missions, has been impacted by the Eaton fire, which has caused devastation in many areas around Pasadena.

The majority of the JPL campus is situated in the nearby hillside city of La Cañada Flintridge, which is currently under a full evacuation order as per the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Caltech manages JPL and takes precautionary measures.

JPL, managed by Caltech, has taken precautionary measures in response to the situation. Caltech has canceled its classes for Wednesday and closed its Pasadena campus to nonessential operations.
