Robbie Fowler believes it is inevitable that Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain will have their eyes on Mohamed Salah. But the Liverpool legend doesn't feel fans should worry.
It proved to be another historic season for Salah as he continued to break goalscoring records for the Reds before issuing a stern message after their hopes of qualifying for the Champions League came to an end.
Both Madrid and Paris are tipped to make new forward signings this summer. The latter are losing Lionel Messi to Inter Miami while there has been suggestions that Neymar could depart the Parc des Princes too.
Madrid, meanwhile, are being heavily linked with Tottenham Hotspur record goalscorer. Harry Kane. That comes on the back of Karim Benzema's decision to swap the Spanish capital for Saudi Arabia.

Salah further asserted himself as a Liverpool great this season as his 30-goal return helped Jurgen Klopp's side end a difficult campaign on a positive note. While the Reds missed out on the top four, they will play Europa League football next season after finishing fifth.
But while Salah, who last summer penned a new three-year contract last summer, was clearly upset at the failure to make the Champions League, Fowler has no worries about his future.
"I’ve thought for a few months now that he could be targeted this summer, and it wouldn’t surprise me in the slightest if both Madrid and PSG come in for him - with the French club nailed on in my opinion to try and get him," Fowler wrote in the Mirror.
"I don’t think Liverpool fans should be too worried, because he’s got a long contract and the club has proved in the past few years they won’t be forced into selling unless it's on their own terms."
There are likely to be no wholesale changes in terms of the Liverpool forward line this summer after the departure of Roberto Firmino. Diogo Jota, Cody Gakpo, Luis Diaz, Darwin Nunez and Salah make-up the attacking options for Klopp.
Alexis Mac Allister became the club's first signing ahead of the summer last week as he completed his move from Brighton & Hove Albion for an undisclosed fee. Further midfield additions are expected.
