NADINE Dorries has been left without a role in Rishi Sunak’s Cabinet.
That’s hardly surprising considering she spent the whole summer calling him a backstabber. She even went so far as to share a “dangerous” image showing the former chancellor looming over Boris “Caesar” Johnson with a knife.
With little else to entertain herself but the occasional Twitter rant, Dorries has tried her hand at TV presenting.
Unfortunately, she doesn’t seem to be very good at that either.
Filling in for Piers Morgan on his show on Rupert Murdoch’s TalkTV – which is already struggling for viewers as it is – Dorries fell as flat as a pancake.
The Tory MP struggled to make sense of anything, descending into rambling incoherent nonsense – which to be fair should have been expected.
Radio host James O’Brien, who has made something of a sport of publicly jousting the former culture secretary, shared the cringey moment on Twitter.
“Oh boy. I think Nadine Dorries might actually be better at TV presenting than she is at politics,” he quipped.

“Ouch ouch ouch. Car crash,” actor James Purefoy wrote.
That just about sums it up.
The Jouker never thought it would come to this, but watching Piers Morgan may actually be preferable to that.
