Sharing the clip to her Instagram story that shows the Girls Aloud stars cuddling and laughing, Nadine said: "Sarah in this!!!" followed by heart eye emojis, adding: "The hug!!! That is so us!!!"
In the video, presenter Richard Madeley said: "How much fun is it being you? It must be amazing."
Nadine replied: "Great, we are so so lucky, we actually really enjoy our jobs and getting to work with 'thesins' - and they call this work?"
Sarah added: "Loads of people think two girl bands, there's bound to be some rivalry and people have always tried ham it up over the years, but there is no rivalry whatsoever. So we seen this [working together] as an opportunity to kind of poke fun at that a bit as well."
Last year, Nadine opened up on how "awful" life had been since the passing of her former bandmate who passed away in September 2021 following a devastating breast cancer diagnosis.
