Nadia Sawalha credits couples counselling with saving her marriage to husband Mark

Nadia Sawalha has credited couples counselling for saving her marriage to her husband Mark Adderley.

The Loose Women panelist, 55, and Mark said the secret to their marriage is listening to each other and "keeping the dialogue open", which they have learned to do by speaking to a therapist.

They married in 2002 and they share two teenage daughters, Maddy, 17, and 13-year-old Kiki.

Nadia was previously married to Justin Mildwater from 1992 until he tragically took his own life in 1997.

Speaking to new! magazine in a joint interview, Mark said: "People stop listening. Keep the dialogue open and listen to each other.

"We had this thing in lockdown where every day we'd say, 'On a scale of one to ten, how are you feeling?'
