An ex- girlfriend of I’m A Celebrity hunk Myles Stephenson has warned this year’s jungle ladies to beware of her “womaniser” ex.
Rebecca Bignell accused the Rak-Su singer of breaking her heart after he found fame on The X Factor .
And she warned the celebs: “Watch out. He’s after anything with a pulse.”
Rebecca, 25, claims Myles, 28, promised her marriage, then ditched her to chase other women.
She said: “I thought he was my soulmate, but fame and money just turned him into somebody I don’t know.”
Her claims come days after Myles was accused of “cheating” by another angry ex. Love Islander Gabby Allen vented her rage after Myles told his campmates Roman Kemp and Ian Wright he’ll struggle to find a meaningful relationship.
Gabby, 25, wrote on Instagram : “I didn’t know cheating, lying and a whole load of other [poo emoji] came under ‘meaningful’.”
She started dating Myles in September 2018, but they split in August amid claims he was messaging other women.
Myles admitted texting an ex but denied cheating as he and Gabby were “on a break”.
Rebecca, a planner for an internet company, claims she is that ex – and Myles strung her along for years. They were friends before they started dating in 2016.
Rebecca, of Rickmansworth, Herts, said: “Myles chased after me for years, but I didn’t want to know as I was getting over an ex.
"But then I bumped into him at a nightclub in Watford. I was drunk and one thing led to another. I fell head over heels in love with him.”
Rebecca said they started talking about marriage on a Jamaican holiday. But things changed after Rak-Su made it on to The X Factor in 2017.
It was reported the pair split in November that year, but Rebecca claims Myles asked if they could have a break.
She says he then texted to warn her of an article about him dating another Love Islander, Malin Andersson.
Rebecca said: “I was heartbroken, gutted, distraught. I didn’t communicate with him for three months. But I couldn’t let go that easily.
"He was texting me constantly so I agreed to meet him.”
During that meeting Rebecca said Myles kissed her and played a song on his phone that he’d written for her, called “Sorry”. She said: “I really thought there was hope for us.”
But then she found out about Myles dating Gabby. Before he went into the jungle, Myles again denied cheating on the Love Island star.
He said it had been a “mistake” to text his ex who he had not met face-to-face.
Rebecca said: “I came to my senses last Thursday. I’m done with Myles Stephenson. He is a massive f*** boy, charmer and narcissist.”
