A woman has been left angry after her neighbours painted the fence that they share in their gardens, without telling her.
Moving into a new property can be a blessing, or a curse, and you can be lucky if your neighbours are thoughtful.
Sometimes, you may be unfortunate, and there will be disputes on the cards.

That was the case for one woman who expressed her displeasure after her neighbour decided to go ahead and paint their side of their shared fence without telling her, Mirror UK reports.
The neighbour’s action left the woman’s side of the fence not painted and looking terrible.
The disgusted woman posted anonymously on Mumsnet to share her dismay about the situation, and ask for advice.
She wrote: "My neighbour has painted their side of their fence...without telling me? My side looks awful now.”
"If they had told me they were doing it, I would have arranged to get my side done too.
"It's a totally different colour and the top and sides are the new colour, as are all the drips on my side.”
The woman described how a few years previously there was a similar scenario, and she had to paint her side the same colour, as her neighbours never told her they would be painting the fence.
She continued: "They did this a few years ago as well but it was the same colour and I still had to promptly paint my side because it looked so bad with the drips.”
"I probably said nothing at the time. I will need to get my side painted the same (neighbours choice of colour again) - I don't know whose fence it is, if anyone's, it was here before we both moved here, but it maybe is theirs."
She added: "I have a family party planned at the weekend and have been getting the garden looking presentable and it now looks, well, shoddy and horrible."
There was mixed reaction from Mumsnet members who responded to the post.
Some showed sympathy towards the woman, whereas others just told her to move on with the party planning, and called her response an overaction.
The first reply said: "It’s a bit of an overreaction."
Another forum member responded: "Is it just one fence panel or an entire side of the garden? Could you ask to have the paint colour and paint your side?"
"How awful they didn’t consult you first to marry up dates. It will be utterly distressing for your party guests and will ruin the evening."
While another member responded nicely saying: "I’m absolutely gutted for you and understand the pain you must feel. Our neighbour did a similar thing and it took me weeks to reverse the damage."
