My 3000lb Family star Chitoka Light looks totally unrecognisable following her dramatic weight loss after being bed-bound for four years due to her size.
She appeared on the hit TLC programme alongside cousins Drew and Naomi and captured the hearts of thousands as she famously struggled to walk down her own driveway.
Chitoka weighed 700 pounds and was unable to leave her bed for years, later requiring a Zimmer frame just to get around and reach doctor's appointments.
She then needed a wheelchair, confessing at the time that she wasn’t even able to walk out to her front porch to take in some fresh air. She had to prepare her meals from her bed.
It was during her time on the show that she and her cousins decided they needed to make a "drastic change" in their life – and she subsequently lost 150 pounds on her health journey.
In 2017, Chitoka underwent gastric bypass surgery and now regularly posts videos of her exercise regime on Instagram – showing her raising her legs and arms in a battle to shed the pounds.
"Working out together with my cousins. The war on FAT. Kicking it out of our lives," she says in one of her clips working out alongside a family member in a kickboxing exercise.
She told HuffPost in 2018: "I realised I needed to [lose weight], not only for myself but for other people to see not just the end result but the struggle it takes to get there.
"So many people were motivated and inspired by our story, so I knew I made the right decision."
Now, in stark contrast to her days on TV, she shows off her new body on social media and can stand freely without the aid of a walker.
She wrote in a recent post: "I thank GOD every day for getting older. What’s the alternative? Embrace the season you’re in."
But getting surgery wasn’t an easy choice for the reality star, as she confessed: "To me, there are a lot worse things than dying. A lot of things could have gone wrong.
"I just wanted to make sure that I felt at peace about doing it."
