Senegalese singer Faada Freddy released his critically acclaimed debut “Gospel Journey'' back in 2016. He went on to tour the globe performing some 300 concerts worldwide. Now, he’s breaking his long recording silence with a new EP, “Tables will turn”, a message of optimism after the turbulence of the Covid-19 lockdown. He tells FRANCE 24’s Florence Villeminot about his original musical approach - already featured on his debut album - where the only resources are human: He uses his mouth and body to imitate the sound of instruments.
