Music mogul Irving Azoff and his wife Shelli are spearheading FireAid, a benefit concert aimed at raising funds for relief charities in response to the devastating wildfires that have ravaged Los Angeles. The event, scheduled for January 30, will take place at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California.

Azoff, known for representing legendary artists such as The Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, and Maroon 5, is collaborating with Live Nation, a prominent live entertainment promoting company, to organize the initiative. Speculation is rife about potential hosts for the concert, with Azoff's son, Jeffrey, who manages Harry Styles, being a subject of interest.

While the lineup for the concert remains a mystery, excitement is mounting among music enthusiasts. The Intuit Dome has billed the event as 'an evening of music and solidarity,' with all proceeds directed towards the reconstruction of communities affected by the wildfires that ignited on January 7.

Event producers Live Nation and AEG Presents expressed their commitment to supporting wildfire relief efforts, stating, “[We are] dedicated to rebuilding communities devastated by wildfires and supporting efforts to prevent future fire disasters throughout Southern California.”

The announcement of FireAid follows a generous pledge from The Recording Academy and nonprofit MusiCares, who have allocated $1 million to aid music professionals impacted by the wildfires. Harvey Mason Jr., CEO of The Recording Academy and MusiCares, emphasized the industry's solidarity in the face of the crisis, stating, “The music community is being so severely impacted, but we will come together as an industry to support one another.”
