The family of a Glasgow man who was stabbed to death in his car are still fighting for justice more than four years after his horrific death.
Tony Ferns was in his Audi A3 on Crebar Street, Thornliebank at 10.20am on April 18, 2019 when he was brutally attacked, Glasgow Live reports. Miraculously, the 33-year-old managed to make it back to his home on Roukenburn Street following the assault, where he tragically died in front of his devastated mum.
Four years later, the case of his murder remains one of 59 unsolved in Scotland, despite a £10,000 Crimestoppers reward. Mum Phyllis previously spoke of her unimaginable heartbreak at the loss of her son and the trauma of watching him die.
She said: "I can hardly put into words how devastated I am at the loss of my son. The pain I feel is unimaginable and while I know nothing will bring him back I need to know who killed him and why his life was cut short.”
