Wales winger Jonah Holmes has been dropped by the Dragons ahead of their URC clash with Munster this weekend.
The 29-year-old, who has not featured in Wayne Pivac's squad since last summer, is not injured, but has still seen Will Talbot-Davies , making his first start of the season on the wing, named ahead of him.
Elsewhere, full-back Jordan Williams and centre Jack Dixon return to the side ahead of the trip to Thomond Park.
Wales international Aaron Wainwright is back at No. 8 after being released back to the region from Six Nations duty, with captain Harrison Keddie and Ollie Griffiths joining him in the back row.
Scrum half Rhodri Williams returns to partner Sam Davies at half-back.
Fit-again scrum half Lewis Jones and back row Ben Fry are set to make comebacks from the replacements bench while hooker Ellis Shipp is also named.
Elliot Dee misses the game through an ankle niggle.
The Dragons are looking to end a nine-game winless run - however that won't be an easy feat, with Munster having won each of their seven home games so far this season.

“Munster are direct with a clear kicking game, and they are very physical in the forwards. If they get momentum, then they are really threatening out the back too,” said Dragons director of rugby, Dean Ryan.
“To go Ulster and then into Munster is huge challenge, but I thought there was significant improvement in terms of our physicality last time out. I want to see that continue this week.
“It’s a welcome return for Jack Dixon and Jordan Williams and we look forward to seeing how they can contribute something different.”
