A woman who filmed herself performing a sex act in Concert Square is barred from entering much of Liverpool city centre while she awaits her sentence.
Kelly Cousins appeared in court earlier this week after a video of her and a man who police believe is Joe Firby performing sex acts in Liverpool city centre went viral after she shared them on her social media accounts.
Cousins, 36, admitted outraging public decency earlier this week while Firby is now the subject of a warrant after failing to turn up to Liverpool Magistrates’ Court for his own hearing.

District Judge Paul Healey bailed Cousins until her sentencing hearing in October - but kept a condition which had initially been imposed when she was charged preventing her from entering Liverpool city centre. The relatively rare move means Cousins is not allowed to come within a large area bounded roughly by Leeds Street in the north, Low Hill in the east and Upper Parliament Street in the south.
Cousins’ solicitor appealed to the judge earlier this week to reconsider that particular condition, calling the geographical extent of the condition disproportionate. But District Judge Healey said Cousins would have to submit a separate bail variation application if she wanted to have the condition changed and allow prosecutors 48 hours to respond to any proposal.
Cousins told the court she is currently staying at an address in Bradford, meaning the condition would not have an immediate impact on her. However, she is entitled to apply to the court for the variation, at which point magistrates or a district judge would consider them again.
Cousins will be back in court again next month for sentencing. Her codefendant, Joe Firby, faces the same charge as Cousins but has not yet appeared in court.
