There are lots of factors to consider when it comes to choosing a name for your child - such as whether there are any sentimental meanings, or if they might get teased over it.
One mum has shared the moniker she picked for her baby, but people claim she must "hate" her child because of it.
The woman's planned name was shared on social media by a friend of the pregnant woman, back in 2019.
The post has recently resurfaced online and went viral, telling how the mum-to-be was going to have a C-section on Christmas Day, December 25th.
It read: "A girl from my due date group on FB is having a c-section on December 25th and wants to name her daughter 'Krissmiss Dae'

"She asked for opinions or other holiday name ideas and I suggested Noelle or Ivy... and she replied 'Eh idk those are kinda weird sounding'."
More than 481,000 people have since liked the tweet, with thousands responding to share their thoughts on the name.
One person asked: "Why does she hate her baby?"
Another replied: "Dear lord someone help this poor baby and suggest Holly before it’s too late."
A third wrote: "Noelle, Ivy, Holly, Chris (Christina, Christian, Kristin), Winter, Belle, Mary, Stella/Estelle, Carol, Joy, Angel, Eve, Faith, Gloria, Gabriella, Reign (like reindeer). THERES SO MANY ANYTHING BUT KRISSMISS DAE."
Someone else posted: "Noelle is a gorgeous name and fits the season! If she calls her kid Krissmiss Dae, I guarantee that poor child will be bullied at school."
While a fifth added: "My son was was born on Christmas Day and he has just a regular name bc he is a human and not a pun."
However, not everyone disliked the name, some people encouraged the mum to stick with her choice.
A different user tweeted: "Natalie is also a Christmas name, but I really love Krissmiss Dae honestly."
Others were simply baffled as to why the woman would choose to have her C-section on Christmas Day of all days.
