Mum-to-be Lauren Goodger hit out at all the haters who have bothered her during her pregnancy.
The 34-year-old star - who is expecting a baby girl with her boyfriend Charles Drury in July - took to her Instagram Stories to explain how her pregnancy "journey is her own."
She shared a snap of the beauty spa she was at while she was treating herself to some much needed R&R.
"Mum to be was needed @tranquilitybeautyspa," she wrote. "This journey is my own and I literally am doing all the things I can for myself and not for others, that work for me and my pregnancy right now!
"Selfish for my baby girl not to please anyone else... I do what I feel is right and sometimes that means switching off and being unavailable or doing my own thing..."
She added: "Real family and friends and colleagues respect this... #mypregnancyjourney."
Her Insta Story comes after it was reported the Towie star might step away from the spotlight to protect her daughter.
Lauren has documented her pregnancy since revealing in January that she and boyfriend Charles Drury are expecting.
But reports say that she's concerned about exposing her little girl to the negative side of fame too soon, and has considered dialling back her presence in the spotlight.
An insider told Heat magazine that she and her baby will be constantly compared to other Towie mums and their kids, such as Sam and Billie Faiers and Ferne McCann.
"It all feels like one big competition between the Towie mums," their source claimed, "and Lauren's not sure she wants to be part of it all anymore."
Her friends have apparently been very supportive of her ideas to step back.

The insider added: "Everyone is really happy that she's taking these concerns seriously - she's dialling down a lot of the media stuff she had planned for after the birth.
"They just hope she keeps such a level head about it - she's going to be a great mum."
