A woman has blasted the Generation Z colleagues she managers at work as "a massive headache".
Taking to parenting forum Mumsnet, she "ranted" about her younger coworkers for "winding her up" due to their attitude towards work.
She complained that they are "not willing to work more hours" or "recognise that anyone knows more than them".

The woman wrote: "I’m a millennial and I manage a team of people. Some of them are Gen Z.
"It may be individual personalities but these are the things winding me up, please excuse this rant.
"Is it just me? I manage people from late teens to early 60s. The younger group are by far the hardest work."
She continued: "Very interested in career progression and pay (not a bad thing but see below). At the same time not being willing to ever (I’m not talking often) work more hours or support a colleague.
"Not willing to recognise that anyone knows more than them, even those with decades more experience.
"Resisting hierarchical management structures, making lots of mistakes (including repeated over and over) but not have the humility of inexperience/ youth which would make this much less annoying."
She concluded by complaining that they "patronisingly ‘educate’ people on contentious issues in inappropriate ways".
Before long, the post had received dozens of replies from fellow Mumsnet users. There was a range of opinions on the matter.
One said: "I hear you, they're a nightmare. On the other hand my generation are the ones that brought up these entitled little s***s so it's probably our fault, dammit!
"I think we didn't do enough of telling them the world doesn't revolve around them."
A second shared: "Sounds like my Gen Z son. I honestly did not bring him up like this, they just ARE."
A third agreed: "Yep. This sounds like gen Z. They're the same in my workplace."
Another revealed: "My daughter (32) is a head of dept in a High School and deals with trainee and newly qualified teachers, she says not a day goes by without tears and inability to cope with the slightest criticism."
However, others felt that the woman was generalising too much, with one stating: "Does every generation not say that? I'm pretty sure my 'boomer' colleagues used to say that about us millennials 10 years ago."
A second echoed: "Hilarious that millennials are now complaining about about the "youth of today". I'm generation X and everything you say about generation z, we said about you."
A third shared: "Well I’m a millennial and right now struggling to manage a bunch of Gen X and baby boomers. So there you are. Kill me now. It’s been a long day and I am still going."
A fourth commented: "The two Gen Z people in our team are a delight to work with - proactive, eager to learn, positive, take constructive criticism to heart, willing to step up and help a colleague. I guess I’m lucky."
