Mum of Harry Styles megafan, 7, overwhelmed after TikTok appeal

The mum of a seven-year-old Harry Styles superfan has been left overwhelmed by the kindness of TikTokers who have promised her he’ll get into his Manchester show ‘no matter what happens’.

Laura Davies, from Shropshire, asked for help on the popular video-sharing app after she was only able to buy standing tickets - strictly limited to those aged 14 and up - for son Ronin on Styles’ upcoming tour.

She has since been flooded with offers from kind ticketholders willing to swap their seated places so Ronin can see his idol perform in June.

“It will mean the absolute world to him,” Davies told the Manchester Evening News.

“When I asked him how he would react if we got tickets, he said ‘I think I might just cry!’”.

Davies bought two general admission tickets labelled ‘unreserved seating’, but when the email came through, she was gutted to see they were limited to 14+ only.

“My heart just sank,” she said. “He’d gone into school that morning telling everyone he was going to see Harry Styles.

“When he came out of school on Thursday the first thing he asked me was whether I’d managed to get tickets, and I had to tell him I hadn’t.”

The loving mum is planning to surprise her son after her TikTok went ‘crazy’, with over 723,000 views.

She has since managed to secure seated tickets, with fellow fans reassuring her they will get her and Ronin in ‘whatever happens’.

Seven-year-old Ronin, a keen dancer, started listening to Harry Styles after his dance teacher choreographed a routine to the star’s hit song ‘Watermelon Sugar’.

“He [Styles] is a great role model for young men,” Davies said.

“Ronin’s got his own little style, he wants to grow his hair just like Harry did, he’s desperate to have long hair and he chooses his own clothes.

“Before I’d even said that I’d try and get tickets he’d already picked his outfit out!”

The star, who made his name in One Direction, is embarking on his solo ‘Love on Tour’ tour later this year.

He’ll play at the Emirates Old Trafford in Manchester in June, where Ronin and Laura will be among thousands of adoring fans.
