Mum blasted for naming daughter 'after a fart' shares new son's name

Choosing a baby name is hard work, and it can feel very personal if strangers make it clear that they don't like your choice.

Abbie Herbert knows all about this, as she once received backlash on social media after revealing she named her daughter Poot.

Some rudely said that the name sounded like the youngster was named 'after a fart', and Abbie had to put up with negative comments online for a while.

But she eventually got over it and now she's shared the name of her new son, but people aren't fans of his moniker either - saying it's no better than Poot.

What's your favourite name? Let us know in the comments...

Abbie and her husband Josh recently welcomed their second child into this world and the mum was excited to share the name of their youngest.

Taking to TikTok, where she uploads as @abbieherber, Abbie uploaded a video that was captioned: "The night before baby brother joined our family."

In the clip, she tuns to Poot and asks: "Who are you going to meet tomorrow?"

And Poot replies: "Baby J."

Abbie then pushes, and asks: "Baby J? What's his name?"

And Poot replies: "Jagger!"

Although Poot and Abbie love the name, other people aren't so sure and people on TikTok flooded the comments section with their opinions.

One user said: "Oh no please, not Jagger. I'm so sorry."

Then another wrote: "Not to be mean or anything, it's just that it reminds me of Jagermeister."

And a third added: "No hate but these names don't get any better."
