Mum and daughter killed in horror crash were 'on their way to nursery'

A mum and daughter who will killed in a horror crash were 'on their way to nursery', it has been reported.

Justyne Hulboj, 27, and four-year-old Lena Czepczor have been named by police after the were killed when a white Audi TTRS ploughed into them on Monday morning. As reported by the Mirror, they were hit by the car near a Jaguar Car dealership in Leeds, West Yorkshire before it collided with a wall.

Officers said when the tragedy unfolded at around 8.30am, the Audi had been travelling in convoy with a grey BMW 135i. Images taken from the scene showed the car having come to a stop outside the car dealership.

West Yorkshire Police said in a statement three people have now been arrested in connection with the collision. The force said a 26-year-old man arrested yesterday morning on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving remains in custody.

A second man, 34, has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and is currently in custody. And a woman, 65, has also been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and released on bail, the force said.

Two piles of floral tributes have been left at the scene of the tragedy. One included a poignant note saying: “Yesterday heaven gained two angels. Two beautiful souls taken so tragically. May you both fly free in internal love. You will both be missed. RIP Sleep tight x.”

Another message read: “Dearest family. I am very sorry for your. Love and prayers are with you.”

Candles and teddy bears were also left by the road. One soft toy had a note attached which read: “Thinking of all the family at this sad time. Such a tragic accident. Fly high.”

Vertu Leeds Jaguar Land Rover said: "Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected by this horrific incident."

Detectives have urged witnesses to come forward with information and dashcam footage of the manner of driving of the Audi and BMW prior to this collision.

Police were called shortly after 8.30am on Monday to a report that a white Audi car had collided with the wall of a Jaguar dealership.

The Audi driver was taken to hospital and was yesterday being treated for injuries which have been described as serious but non-life threatening.

Detective inspector Paul Conroy said: "This is an absolutely tragic incident, and we are working to support the family of the woman and child involved.

"We have already spoken to a number of witnesses but are keen to speak to anyone else who has witnessed the collision itself or the events leading up to it.

"We would also ask anyone who was in the area around the time of this collision to check their dashcam footage."
