A popular coffee shop and cafe has issued a major change to its opening hours to try and "achieve a better work life balance".
Yew Tree Coffee Barn, in Halewood, boasts a wide fanbase thanks to its quality food, created by sourcing as much local produce as possible.
It's a rustic spot, with exposed brick, wooden floors, cosy wood burning fires and expansive windows offering scenic views of the tranquil countryside surroundings.

But, in a bid to create a better work life balance due to staff shortages in the hospitality sector following the coronavirus pandemic, the much-loved venue is changing its opening hours and will be closed on weekends.
Saturday, February 19 will be its last weekend day open, before shutting up shop to operate solely Monday to Friday.
In a recent Instagram post, the venue confirmed the news and penned: "Important update!!
"Saturday 19th February will be our last weekend open, we will be closed on Sunday 20th February and every weekend thereafter.
"We will continue to trade Monday-Friday 9am-3pm. There are many factors that have led to this decision but the main ones being the shortage of staff in the hospitality sector and trying to achieve a better work life balance when raising our young families.
"We are sorry for those who can only visit us at a weekend but hope we get to see you through the week whenever possible."
Yew Tree Coffee Barn first opened in 2013. It's owned by Katie Wilkes, who decided she wanted to expand on her parents' long-established farming business while on a gap year at age 18.
There's no news on whether the venue will open on weekends in the future.
Yew Tree Coffee Barn is based on Lower Road, Halewood, L26 3UA.
