One of the top power forwards in the 2025 class has provided an update on when he’ll announce his college decision.
Four-star power forward Cam Ward of Uppermarlboro, Md. will reportedly announce his college decision before the end of this year. Ward is one of the top targets on the Spartans’ 2025 board.
Ward ranks as the No. 15 power forward in 247Sports’ composite rankings for the 2025 class. He’s also listed as the No. 48 overall prospect and No. 2 player from Maryland in the class.
Michigan State is one of more than 20 programs to extend Ward an offer. He is reportedly still considering Maryland, Alabama, Kansas State, Michigan State, Vanderbilt and Virginia.
Ward has an official visit scheduled with Michigan State for later this month.
