A wide receiver target on the Michigan State 2023 recruiting board will announce his college decision next week.
Three-star wide receiver Paul Billups revealed on Monday that he will commit on Aug. 24 at 3:!5 p.m. Billups hails from Chesapeake, Va. and plays for Western Branch High.
Buy Spartans TicketsBillups ranks as the No. 79 wide receiver and No. 625 overall prospect in 247Sports’ composite rankings for the 2023 class. He’s also listed as the No. 14 player from the state of Virginia.
Based on the graphic Billups included in his commitment announcement, it appears he will be deciding between Michigan State, North Carolina and Virginia Tech. He holds offers from 16 schools in total, according to 247Sports.
Billups is currently projected to pick the Tar Heels, according to 247Sports’ crystal ball predictions. However, we will truly find out next week where he intends to continue his football career at the next level.
