Despite a pair of tough outings the past two weeks, Michigan State will continue to roll with Noah Kim as its starting quarterback.
On Monday, Michigan State acting head coach Harlon Barnett confirmed the Spartans will stick with Kim as the starter for this week’s matchup against Iowa. This is the first road game of the year for the Spartans and will mark Kim’s first career start on the road.

Kim got off to a fast start this year for the Spartans but has since struggled once the competition got harder. In the last two games against Washington and Maryland, Kim has completed less than 50 percent of his passes for 326 yards, one touchdown and three interceptions.
Kim will need to respond with a strong performance against Iowa’s always solid defense in this week’s road test. If he doesn’t, Michigan State will surely lose its third straight game.
