The Spartans’ 2025 class was apparently not wrapped up quite yet.
Three-star offensive lineman Antonio Johnson of Orchard Lake, Mich. announced his commitment to Michigan State on Friday evening. Johnson is a relatively late addition to the 2025 class, with the second signing day coming up next month.
Johnson plays for Orchard Lake St. Mary’s and was teammates with a few Michigan State commits in the 2025 class. He is ranked as the No. 73 interior offensive lineman in 247Sports’ rankings for the class. He is also ranked as the No. 16 player from Michigan in the class.
Johnson committed to Michigan State over offers from nearly 20 other schools, according to 247Sports. He held notable offers from Boston College, Illinois, Maryland, Penn State and West Virginia.
