Michigan State football has extended an offer to an under-the-radar athlete from the Lone Star State.
Chance Collins of Arlington, Texas, announced on Friday that he had received an offer from the Spartans. Collins made the offer known by posting on social media platform X.
Collins is not ranked on 247Sports. He plays for Mansfield Timberview and is part of the 2026 class.
Michigan State is one of six schools to extend an offer to Collins, according to 247Sports. He also holds offers from Utah, Texas Tech, West Virginia, Oregon State and Arkansas State.
