
Michigan State football has extended an offer to a three-star safety prospect from Georgia.
Djimon McLendon of Tucker, Ga. announced earlier this week that he’s received an offer from the Spartans. McLendon took to social media platform X to announce his offer from Michigan State.
McLendon is a three-star prospect in the 2026 class. He is ranked as the No. 35 safety and No. 429 overall prospect in 247Sports’ composite rankings for the class.
Michigan State is one of more than 10 schools to extend an offer to McLendon, according to 247Sports. He also holds offers from Cincinnati, Colorado, Georgia, Georgia State, Indiana, UMass, Memphis, Michigan, Missouri and Western Michigan.
