Michigan State football has extended an offer to a top 10 prospect from the state of Maryland in the 2025 class.
Three-star cornerback Jermichael Gillis announced on Thursday that he’s received a scholarship offer from the Spartans. Gillis plays for St. Francis Academy in Baltimore.
Gillis is ranked as the No. 36 cornerback and No. 8 player from Maryland in 247Sports’ rankings for the 2025 class.
Gillis holds offers from numerous big-time programs. Along with Michigan State, Gillis has been offered by Michigan, LSU, Miami (FL), USC, Maryland, Penn State, Pitt, Tennessee and Wisconsin.
