The oddsmakers in Vegas give Michigan State basketball a very slim chance of being stunned for a second time this week.
Michigan State has opened as a 27.5-point favorite over Southern Indiana in Thursday night’s home matchup from the Breslin Center. FanDuel posted the large spread on Wednesday evening.
The Spartans fell to James Madison earlier this week in a shocking overtime loss to open the season. Michigan State was favored by 16.5 points in that game.
Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET on Thursday night. The game will be televised on the Big Ten Network.
