Mrs Hinch revealed she's going through "personal life stumbles" as she explained why she has been absent from social media.
The 33-year-old took to her Instagram Stories on Friday to assure 4.7 million followers that the break is "only temporary".
The star, real name Sophie Hinchliffe, concerned fans when she started posting less posts and Stories on her social media.
"I'm sorry for not being on instagram as often right this moment, It is only temporary I promise, I do really miss being on here somedays," she said.
"I'm just going through a few personal life 'stumbles' right now and have been for the last 3 months. But all is ok and we're getting there. Have a beautiful weekend everyone."
The cleaning guru also shared a quote which read: "Sometimes closure arrives two years later, on an ordinary Friday afternoon, in a way you never expected or could have predicted.
"And you cry a little, and you laugh a little, and for the first time in a long time... you exhale. Because you are free."
Earlier this month, Mrs Hinch reacted to her Instagram ban after fans complained about one of her posts.
The star failed to make clear to her followers she was advertising her own products' in a post on Instagram last year, according to Advertising Standards Authority (ASA).
In January 2022, the influencer posted a story featuring a notebook with the text: “If you’re a little mad like me tap here for yours.”
The link on the story took users to Amazon where they could purchase the notebook, with Mrs Hinch then adding: “In my own notebook of course.”
However, the post attracted 34 complaints, with fans saying the post was not initially identified as an ad for the cleaning guru's notebook.
Responding to the ruling from the ASA, which said the commercial intent of the post was “ambiguous”, Mrs Hinch confirmed the notebook was of her own design and was still available to buy in several retailers, but believed it was clear the post was an ad and that it was her own product she was promoting.
However, she said she would be happy to include “ad” within future social media posts that included links to her own products in future.
