Under-threat gang boss Mr Flashy and his close associate were a no-show in court yesterday due to “genuine fears” for their safety.
The Finglas mobster, 29, and his 20-year-old pal were charged at a Dublin court in their absence.
Mr Flashy’s case was first to come before the court and his legal representative said his client was not present because there “are genuine fears for his safety”.
His solicitor handed in a statement of means for Mr Flashy and legal aid was granted for him, as it was for the associate who he also confirmed faces the same safety fears.

The court heard there was CCTV of the incident and it was to be furnished to the defence. The case was put back to a later date but it was not read out in court.
The lives of Mr Flashy and his pal are under major threat as the Finglas feud continues to escalate.
His self-proclaimed “Gucci Gang” are at war with associates of slain drug dealer James Whelan, who was blasted to death on April 3.
The mob boss’ co-accused is being blamed for pulling the trigger on that occasion.
Mr Flashy and the same friend were targeted in a taxi in a botched hit on June 20.
The pair were in a taxi which came under fire but they escaped by running through a nearby green area on Tolka Valley Road in Finglas.
Mr Flashy has been keeping a low profile in recent weeks but continues goading his rivals by posting pictures of his plush life on social media.
So far, there has been over 80 attacks in the Finglas feud.
