A Mr Bean impersonator was crushed when he discovered he was banned from TikTok for 'posing as another person to mislead others'.
Lewis John, 27, is a full-time impersonator and shares his incredible skills with fans on TikTok.
The impressionist usually gets booked for events and does video appearances as Rowan Atkinson's famous character, Mr Bean.
He was shocked when he found out he was locked out of his TikTok account - which has accumulated 1.1 million followers.
According to the app, he breached rules and wasn't allowed to "pose as another real person or entity... without disclosing it".
They also added he wasn't allowed to present as "a person or entity that does not exist... with a demonstrated intent to mislead others".
Lewis's account couldn't be restored after he tried to appeal the issue. However, when it was contacted for comment, his page finally returned.
"It was absolutely unfair and ridiculous," he said. "I joined TikTok in 2018 and went viral during the coronavirus lockdowns.
"My account eventually reached one million followers but when I logged in on Tuesday I was told I had violated the community guidelines," he told Lincolnshire Live.
"TikTok had been happy for me to express my talent for more than four years and then I was banned without a word of warning."
He added: "I appealed against the decision immediately but they upheld their decision. I felt like I had lost a friend."
His followers noticed that his videos returned to the app earlier this week and immediately called him to tell him the good news.
The impressionist was excited and relieved about the decision and called it "such a gift"
Created by the comedian and award-winning writer Richard Curtis, Mr Bean was turned into a global hit in the Nineties with audiences peaking at 19 million.
Rowan previously discussed the hilarious character and revealed how he "doubts he will ever reappear."
He added: “There does come a point when you have done all you can. But, never say never.”
The actor also revealed how he once failed to convince a fan he played the character.
