Does Mpix offer free shipping?
Yes, customers will receive free standard shipping to the contiguous USA on all orders worth $35 or more. Orders under this threshold will incur shipping fees of $9.99. You can also opt for economy or expedited shipping, with fees starting from $4.99.
What is the Mpix return policy?
Although you cannot return printed items, if you are unhappy with your order, let the customer service team know within 30 days and they'll issue a remake, reprinting your order for you and sending it to you free of charge.

Look out for sales: Mpix runs a number of sales, big and small, throughout the year, with savings of up to 30% off to be had on selected products. You'll usually find the biggest sales and discounts around key holidays such as Christmas and Black Friday, with smaller, product-specific savings appearing throughout the year.
Mpix Rewards: Earn rewards point for repeated purchases by joining the Mpix Rewards scheme. Signing up is free, and means you'll start earning points for placing orders and completing certain actions, such as referring friends and writing product reviews, as well as on your birthday. 100 points is worth $1, and you'll earn a point for every $1 you spend to start with, with this rate climbing to 2 points and then 4 points per $1 at higher tiers. Points can be redeemed against orders for discounts.
Refer a friend to Mpix: If you know someone who would like the brand, you can refer them to get them $10 off their first order. As a thank you, you'll be rewarded 1000 points (worth $10) to your Mpix Rewards account, which you can then redeem against orders to save money.
