The Met Gala red carpet is always jam-packed with celebrities. And this year's fantasy green garden carpet was no exception—with so many stars lining up to show off their spectacular looks (see our best of the best here) it actually created a fantastic-looking bottleneck. There was so much to look at it was hard to catch every single look. But leave it to models to ensure they stand out from the crowd even in such fashionable company.
Kendall Jenner certainly made a statement in her black archival Givenchy dress. It didn't exactly tie into "The Garden of Time" dress code, but it really brought the drama. Besides, it definitely looks like it could come straight out of The Metropolitan Museum of Art's "Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion" exhibit. Actually, a majority of the models in attendance opted out of florals altogether. It's like an anti-trend.
