A man drove at a female pedestrian on the Portway with police now appealing for witnesses following the incident. Avon and Somerset Police say that the incident took place at around 9am on Saturday, September 3, when the driver of a dark-coloured car drove at a pedestrian as she was walking.
The driver then spun the car in the road, temporarily blocking traffic. He then drove away.
The pedestrian wasn't injured police have confirmed.

The driver is described as a white man, in his mid-20s, of slim build with short brown hair.
Anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or has dashcam or other footage, is being urged to call 101 and quote 5222212744 to the call handler.
