Most laid back celeb weddings in history as Harry Maguire ties the knot in unbuttoned shirt

Footballer Harry Maguire stunned his fans when he rocked up in an unbuttoned shirt to his top secret nuptials.

The England and Manchester United defender rocked up to Crewe Registry Office on Thursday, straight after he had finished training for the Premier League football club in Carringdon, to exchange vows with childhood sweetheart Fern Hawkins.

Guests were told about the ceremony in a text message earlier that day, and it’s been reported they have tied the knot officially before a bigger ceremony in France this summer.

We take a look at the most relaxed and carefree celebrity weddings…

The couple announced their engagement in July 2004, and they set about planning their wedding for 16 October that same year, sending out 100 invites to the lavish bash.

However, after getting too much attention from the paparazzi, Britney and Kevin decided to bring the wedding forward, and surprised 30 of their closest family and friends with a surprise wedding ceremony at their Studio City home instead.

“It became this huge thing and I was like, 'What are we waiting for? We know this is the real thing, why not just do it now?' That's why I wanted to sneak and do it our little way," she told People.

Guests thought they were attending an engagement party for the loved-up couple, when Britney walked down the stairs in a $26,000 strapless Monique Lhuillier wedding dress.

The Toxic hitmaker then changed into a white lace minidress for the casual backyard reception, and their wedding breakfast consisted of chicken fingers, crab cakes, ribs, and mashed potatoes.

Britney and Kevin then headed to a nightclub, wearing matching Juicy Couture tracksuits, with the singer’s sweatsuit emblazoned with “Mrs. Federline” on the back.

The British musician opted for a more relaxed wedding day when he wed his long-term girlfriend Beth Rouy in comfortable sportswear.

The singer, real name Rory Graham, rocked a grey camo tracksuit, while his bride Beth wore a teal two-piece, which was custom-designed and included a print of their Sphynx cat named Patricia.

The couple, who share a child together, exchanged vows at Lewes Registry Office in East Sussex, and even requested their guests wear tracksuits too.

Sadly, they parted ways just six months later.

The Kardashians star stunned her fans when she tied the knot with the Blink-182 drummer in a boozy Las Vegas ceremony.

Telling the world they had exchanged vows, overseen by an Elvis impersonator, mum-of-three Kourtney claimed they had been “practising” ahead of their real nuptials, which are rumoured to be taking place soon.

But their union wasn't official (Instagram/ @kourtneykardash)

“Once upon a time in a land far, far away (Las Vegas) at 2am, after an epic night and a little tequila, a queen and her handsome king ventured out to the only open chapel with an Elvis and got married (with no license). Practice makes perfect.,” she captioned a slideshow of images on Instagram.

However, the couple had no wedding licence, which means their union was not official.

Travis got down on one knee in a romantic beachside proposal in October last year.
