Morrisons shopper are planning to ‘stock up’ after it dropped the price of a nostalgic Christmas chocolate treat to 75p.
The retailer left customers feeling so over excited at the thought of bagging the item, many are planning a shopping trip to get them at the low price. A picture was shared by Instagram page newfoodsuk of the Terry’s Chocolate Orange priced at 75p, reduced from £2.
Many people have grown up finding a Terry’s in their stocking on Christmas Day and loved peeling back the shiny orange wrapper to tuck into it segment by segment. It remains a popular favourite at this time of year.

The Instagram post certainly stirred up excitement, racking up more than 5k likes in less than 24 hours, with many people taking to the comments section to tag friends and family. Beemadness said: “proper cheap, proper bargain!” tonihatton tagged a pal and said: “get stocking up”.
Elise__xox added: “stock up for Xmas” and cerys_thom told a friend: “GRAB THEM ALLLLLLL”. Rachel_p43 said: “Ok heading straight there tomorrow”. Jesykateh tagged a friend and said: “run to Morrisons”. Adaws89 also tagged someone and said: “we need to buy loads!!” While amyhughees said: “I am SHOOK!!”
But some shoppers weren’t as convinced by the so-called ‘bargain’. Just_saleena said: “It's usually £1 at tescos or 99p at Aldi never ever has been £2”.
Wandersonacloud added: “Never seen them at £2, always only £1” and ginger.musings added: “Since when is a chocolate orange two quid?!”
