An iconic Morley fish and chip restaurant has been put up for sale.
The Mermaid, which has been owned by the same family for nearly 40 years, is being sold due to "unforeseen ill health issues."
The popular restaurant has been listed by Daltons Business with a guide price of £375,000. It is part of a detached property, which includes the 160-seater restaurant, a takeaway, and a car park.
