Nottingham Forest target Morgan Gibbs-White returned to training today (Monday) as speculation linking him with a move to the City Ground continues.
Gibbs-White has been linked with a move to the Reds after he impressed on loan at Sheffield United. He scored 11 times and provided a further nine assists for the Blades as they were pipped to promotion by Forest, who edged past them in the play-off semi-final on the way to Wembley glory.
The 22-year-old returned to Wolverhampton Wanderers' training ground after being given extra time off by Bruno Lage after playing in England Under-21s' four European Championships qualifiers in June.

Everton, Leeds United and Southampton have all also been linked with the attacking midfielder, with Steve Cooper keen on a reunion with Gibbs-White after working together with England under-17s and Swansea City. The Forest boss is understood to be the driving force in efforts to lure Gibbs-White away from Molineux.
Wolves are keen to keep hold of their academy graduate and want to extend his current deal in the Black County that rans until June 2024. Lage has spent the summer reassuring Gibbs-White that he will be part of his plans next season.
When returning to the Wanderers' Compton training complex, Gibbs-White was all smiles ahead of pre-season testing. Asked how he was when he entered the building, he responded: "I'm really good, thank you."
Ahead of his return to pre-season training, Gibbs-White posted a message to his Instagram followers while away on holiday, writing: “Summer 22 over, now the fun begins.”
Forest are only likely to get their man if the player indicates he wants to leave. It has been reported that Wolves will demand a fee in excess of £20million, a price that would make the midfielder the Reds' new record transfer after Taiwo Awoniyi's £17million move from Union Berlin last month.
