There's lots of talk lately about the unexpected red theory – may we propose a surprising yellow? As we enter the final stretch of winter and the sun begins to linger outside longer, we're drawn to the golden hue of the rainbow, and actor Morena Baccarin is paving the way toward yellow interiors.
The Deadpool and Homeland star posted a photo of her bright yellow living room walls, and we were taken by the unique and underused color taking up so much space in a common room.

'Yellow balances well with hues from the greyscale, from crisp white to deep black,' Helen explains. 'For the ultimate endorphin boost, embrace all yellow walls and woodwork in a full-on color drench look, complete with a fresh bunch of flowers as a final touch.'
Bright color is a bold design choice -- for the hesitant yet curious, yellow can be implemented into the home in small doses rather than committing to painted walls and cabinets.
'For those not wanting to paint all four walls try painting a particular area to create a focal point and centerpiece, from which the rest of your scheme can work around,' Helen suggests.
