Nineteen Wetherspoons pubs are under offer as the pub giant makes yet more cuts amid a rise in staff wages and repair costs.
The company was unable to match its performance before the coronavirus pandemic and, in September last year, announced it would put more than 30 pubs up for sale.
While 20 of those have already closed, including John Stirling Maxwell in Glasgow, a further 19 are now on the market and these are largely in the southeast of England.
For instance, Plough and Harrow in Hammersmith, west London, and Wrong 'Un in Bexleyheath, southeast London, are still up for sale.

The pubs which are under off could still remain open if a sale doesn't complete, as this means the seller is considering the offer.
Among the 20 already closed include The Worlds Inn in Romford, east London.
Speaking last year, Tim Martin, founder of the hospitality giant, said the "commercial decision" was made after a difficult period after the pandemic.
Eddie Gershon, spokesman for the chain, said at the time: "On occasion, Wetherspoon does put some of its pubs up for sale. This is a commercial decision.
"We understand that customers and staff will be disappointed with it. The pubs will continue to operate as Wetherspoon outlets until they are sold."
