Kenny Law has died at the age of 68.

The TV star - who was best known for appearing on the Discovery docuseries 'Moonshiners' - passed away on Tuesday (14.01.25) after suffering a "myriad of health issues", his cousin Henry has confirmed.

Henry told TMZ: "Kenny was dealing with heart trouble for some time, and had a heart attack back in 2024. He also struggled with diabetes, which was a constant factor in his ongoing health struggles."

He explained to the outlet that it was a "combination of these issues, as well as a blood infection" that led to his cousin being hospitalised for over a month before his passing.

He added: "Kenny's body just wore out after fighting both the infection and his underlying conditions."

Henry noted that Kenny'ss "family was with him when he died", and are planning to visit him in the next few days.

As part of 'Moonshiners' - which premiered in 2011 - Kenny was seen as one of the Appalachian Mountains locals amid the the illegal alcohol distilling tradition in the region that has been in place for more than two centuries.

Tributes poured in for Kenny, with his family leading the way.

His nephew Austin wrote on Facebook: ""I'm lost for words this morning probably the worst news I could've possibly gotten this morning. My uncle Kenny passed on last night I still can't even believe it!"

Meanwhile, his 'Moonshiners' co-star Amanda Bryant remembered Kenny as a "legend" in a post.

She said: "You will be dearly missed, it was an Honor to know you and call you my friend. Rest Easy Big Guy. Prayers for the whole Law family in this time. They are all very good friends of mine and my heart breaks for each of them."
