A month long burglary rampage has ended after a suspect appeared in court charged with 17 break-ins.
Callum Boscoe, 24, of no fixed address, appeared at Wirral Adult Remand Court on Friday, September 23, accused of 18 separate burglary, theft, public order offences and damage offences. The offences occurred between August and September and included convenience stores, pubs, butchers and hotels in Wirral and Liverpool.
The full list of offences include burglary at Kelly’s Discount Booze in Birkenhead and an attempted burglary at Prenton Pop In, Oxton, on September 3, 2022 and another burglary at PSV Food and Wine in Tranmere the next day.

The man is also alleged to have burgled the Richmond Hotel in Oxton on September 8 and the Queen's Hotel in Birkenhead on September 9. He also reportedly attempted burglary at Go Local in Birkenhead.
A four day run of offences then saw the man allegedly commit theft at Club LQD in Birkenhead on September 12, burgle Sheridan's Butchers and The George and Dragon in Birkenhead on September 13, commit a public order offence at Old House At Home Public House and also carry out burglary at Tixall Bowling Club, in Oxton, on September 14 and burgle Thyme Bistro in the same area on September 15.
Three days later the 24-year-old allegedly burgled a property on Queen Avenue in Liverpool before a string of three offences in once night (September 20) including burglary at Queen's Wine Bar and Harrington Chambers in Liverpool and confront burglary on Cook Street. The man's alleged run of offences came to an end on September 21 when he caused criminal damage at Tune Hotel and burgled Moose Coffee.
Boscoe's case was referred to the Crown Court for sentencing on October 21, 2022.
