Moneypenny to create 70 jobs in second recruitment drive of the year

Moneypenny is on its second hiring spree of 2022 with plans to create another 70 jobs.

The Wrexham-based call and live chat expert has already added 70 members of staff this year and now employs 1,200 people in Wales and the United States.

Now they need even more staff as demand continues to grow.

Moneypenny chief operations officer Wendy Swash said: “We are delighted to announce that we are looking to recruit another 70 Moneypenny PA’s to bolster our already strong team based at our award winning Wrexham HQ.

“At Moneypenny we firmly believe in recruiting on attitude rather than aptitude. When we are assessing whether someone is right for the job, we always bear in mind that training can soon fill in any skills or knowledge gaps, so long as the person is enthusiastic and willing to learn we are delighted to hear from them.

"The new PA’s will assist in the development and continued growth of the Moneypenny family and is reflective of our ongoing commitment to blend the best of human interactions with our award winning technology to provide clients with exceptional customer service.”

Moneypenny is consistently featured as one of the best companies to work for in the UK.
